Let's do this!

Team Update: April 23

1. Flight Departure/Arrival Update

Southwest adjusted our flight itinerary a bit. The new departure and arrival times are:

Departing BWI @ 9:00am, Arriving in El Paso @1:10pm

Departing El Paso @ 1:40pm, Arriving in BWI @ 9:25pm

2. Price Adjustment

Our church received scholarship money from our local Mid Maryland Baptist Association to hep offset costs for our trip. Instead of $450 per person, the price will now be $350! This amount is due ASAP as payments have made for our tickets. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to Pastor Mark.

3. Team Meeting - THIS Saturday, April 30, 12:00-3:00 @ the Wright's

This Saturday we will have our first TEAM MEETING and you will have the chance to hear from David and Michelle. This is going to be a great time together. We will eat, listen, talk, ask and pray. Please make every effort to attend this meeting.

4. Weekend Itinerary with the Godzisz Family

O's Game:

If you are interested in following each other to the game, plan to meet us at the Dollar Tree parking lot by 5:00. You will need to bring money to pay for parking. If you want to drive up separately, get in contact with Scott and he can send you your tickets.

Food Note: Each person can bring to the ballpark one gallon ziploc bag with food, and one unopened beverage. No bags allowed.

Picnic & Hiking @ Gettysburg

We will plan to meet once again at the Dollar Tree parking lot at 10:00. Scott & Carolyn will be sending out an email with specifics on where to meet if you would like to drive separately or come up a bit later. Pack a lunch and some walking shoes.

Rally your support team!

Writing letters to let people know about this upcoming trip is a great idea not to just raise money, but to include the church as a whole on what God is doing around the world - and in YOU- and it invites them to be a part of it through prayer and support. Here are a few websites with sample letters and general ideas on how to write a support letter. Tax deductible gifts can be sent to Neighborhood Church via Northwest (P.O. Box 372, Reisterstown, MD 21136). They can also be made online (see the link below). If they give online, they need to select "Special" and include your name and "Neighborhood Church Mission Trip."
