2. Five Ways to Begin Praying
In preparation for our trip, here is a list and a prayer for five specific things. We need the Lord's heart for each five, and this is a way to surrender ourselves to Him and seek His plan and heart.

Writing letters to let people know about this upcoming trip is a great idea not to just raise money, but to include the church as a whole on what God is doing around the world - and in YOU- and it invites them to be a part of it through prayer and support. Here are a few websites with sample letters and general ideas on how to write a support letter. Tax deductible gifts can be sent to Neighborhood Church via Northwest (P.O. Box 372, Reisterstown, MD 21136). They can also be made online (see the link below). If they give online, they need to select "Special" and include your name and "Neighborhood Church Mission Trip."
